TRIMCODE.APP / COOKIES
Website Cookie Policy
This inventory applies to web visits on trimcode.app, including Dropvia product and legal pages; it does not describe on-device storage used by the native Dropvia mobile and desktop apps.
1. Current inventory
The current version applies language choice through the URL and does not write it to browser local storage. No other cookie or local-storage entry is set by TrimCode.
2. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current version does not use third-party analytics, behavioral advertising, social-media tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, the inventory and any required preference/consent mechanism will be updated before the technology is released.
3. Server logs are not cookies
The web server may create technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser/device, referrer, and HTTP response to deliver pages, maintain security, and troubleshoot errors. These are not cookies but may constitute personal data; they are normally retained for no more than 30 days.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential security cookies may prevent the support form from being submitted; product and legal pages will continue to work. Because there are no analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies, the current version does not display a separate cookie-consent panel.
5. Native-app distinction and contact
Session tokens, settings, and on-device storage in the native Dropvia app are not website cookies; they are explained in the Dropvia Privacy Policy and Data Safety page. If you open a trimcode.app page from the app, this website Policy applies to that page visit.
