Website Terms of Use
These terms apply only to the trimcode.app website and its promotional/support content. The Dropvia account, transfer service, license, and subscription are governed by separate product terms.
1. Operator and acceptance
The website is operated by Emre Çakıroğlu, an individual developer, under the TrimCode name. By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, you may stop using the website.
2. Website content
The website provides general information about apps, features, support links, and platform availability. Screens, features, and release dates may change during development. The current description, price, and system requirements on the applicable store listing take precedence.
3. Permitted use
You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to undermine security, bypass access restrictions, send malicious code, disrupt the service with automated requests, impersonate another person, or infringe brand and content rights.
4. Intellectual property and third parties
Rights in the software, design, logos, images, and text on the website belong to TrimCode or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially in derivative form without written permission or a legal exception. App stores and other external links are governed by their own terms and policies.
5. Availability and liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website secure and accurate, but uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanently current information is not guaranteed. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, TrimCode is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website or for third-party services. Your non-waivable rights under consumer law remain unaffected.
6. Governing law and changes
Subject to conflict-of-laws rules and without limiting mandatory consumer rights, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If the terms change materially, the new date and version will be published on this page.
