trimcode.app is operated by Emre Çakıroğlu, an individual developer who publishes apps under the TrimCode name. The data controller is Emre Çakıroğlu. Address: Mecidiyeköy Mah., Esentepe Cad., Hafız Ata Çık. Sok., Nuri Bey Apt. No:10 D:20, 34387 Şişli / Istanbul, Türkiye.

2. Information processed

• Technical logs: IP address, request time, requested URL, HTTP response, referrer, browser/device information, and error records.
• Language choice: your selected TR/EN language is applied only through the URL; no cookie or browser local storage is used for this choice.
• Communications: when you use the support form or support@dropvia.app, we process your full name, email, phone number, Dropvia ID, category, subject, message, optional transaction reference, and limited technical signals used to prevent abuse.

The website does not provide an account-registration form; account and transfer data created in the Dropvia app is outside the scope of this website Policy.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Technical data is processed to deliver the website, keep it secure and available, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. Communication data is processed to answer your request, provide support, and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights where necessary. Depending on the context, the legal ground is contract formation/performance, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/defense of rights, or legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights.

4. Providers and transfers

The website is provided on infrastructure operated on behalf of the controller by İBT İstanbul Bilgi Teknolojileri Tic. Ltd. Şti. The main server is in Türkiye’s Black Sea region and the backup infrastructure is in Istanbul. İBT address: Küçükbakkalköy Mah., Vedat Günyol Cad., Flora Rezidans No:1 Kat:28 E-Ofis, Ataşehir / Istanbul.

Messages sent to support@dropvia.app and support-form notifications are processed through the domain’s configured email service. Hosting and email providers receive only the data needed for the relevant service, and disclosure to competent authorities occurs only in response to a valid legal request. Applicable data-transfer rules are followed where processing outside Türkiye is required.

5. Retention and security

Standard web-server and security logs are normally retained for no more than 30 days. İBT creates daily incremental and weekly full backups; data deleted from the active system may remain in restricted backups only until the provider’s verified rotation and destruction cycle completes. The exact maximum will be published here once confirmed by the provider in writing. The language preference remains until you remove it in your browser. Support and legal correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, meet legal duties, and protect rights, then deleted or anonymized.
