DROPVIA / TERMS & EULA

Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

These Terms govern the Dropvia account, mobile and desktop applications, and file-transfer service.

Version 1.3 · Effective: 9 October 2026

1. Provider and acceptance

Dropvia is provided by Emre Çakıroğlu, an individual developer. Address: Mecidiyeköy Mah., Esentepe Cad., Hafız Ata Çık. Sok., Nuri Bey Apt. No:10 D:20, 34387 Şişli / Istanbul, Türkiye. By downloading, creating an account for, or using Dropvia, you agree to these Terms and the referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Privacy Policy, KVKK Notice, Content Protection and Acceptable Use Policy, and Subscription Terms form part of these Terms.

2. Age and legal capacity

Dropvia is available only to persons aged 16 or older. Persons under 16 may not create an account or use the service. If the law where you live requires a higher age or parental or guardian authorization to enter into a digital-service agreement or permit data processing, you must also satisfy that requirement. If we learn of use by a person under 16, we may disable access and delete related data in accordance with law.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate and current information and protect your password, verification codes, private keys, and device access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent attributable to you under applicable law. Notify support promptly if you detect unauthorized access, a lost device, or suspicious activity. You may not use another person’s account or Dropvia ID without permission.

4. App license

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Dropvia on compatible devices that you own or control for lawful file transfers. Except where expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, resell, bypass security or quota controls, or provide an unauthorized service through Dropvia.

5. Your content and limited technical permission

Ownership and intellectual-property rights in files you send remain with you or the applicable rights holder; Dropvia does not claim ownership of your content. To the extent necessary to operate the service, you grant Dropvia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and temporary technical permission to receive, temporarily buffer, route, transmit, and deliver encrypted transfer data and to process essential transfer metadata. This permission may be used only to provide and secure the service and comply with legal obligations, and ends when those purposes end.

Dropvia does not sell user files, use them for advertising, license them to third parties for profit, or use them to train artificial-intelligence models.

6. Files and recipient selection

You confirm that you have all ownership rights, licenses, permissions, and legal grounds required for each file you transfer, that you selected the intended recipient, and that the transfer is lawful. If you send personal data, confidential information, or third-party content, you are responsible for required notices and permissions. Saving, copying, or onward sharing by the recipient is a matter between you and the recipient. You should maintain an independent backup of important files.

7. Plans and subscriptions

The Free plan includes four connected devices and a total transfer allowance of 100 MB per day. The maximum size of a single Free transfer is the unused portion of that day’s allowance. The Plus plan includes four connected devices and has no aggregate daily, monthly, or annual transfer allowance, but each individual transfer is limited to 1 TB. ‘No aggregate allowance’ does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular speed, or unlimited technical capacity. Plus is offered only as a monthly auto-renewing subscription and has no free trial.

8. Prohibited use, reports, and enforcement

Illegal or harmful content; child sexual abuse or exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; malware, phishing, and fraud; violations of intellectual property, privacy, or personality rights; threats, harassment, and attempts to bypass service security are prohibited. In response to a credible report, security signal, or valid legal request, a transfer may be restricted, account or device access may be suspended or terminated, and legally required information may be provided to competent authorities, using measures proportionate to the violation.

9. Worldwide availability

Dropvia may be offered worldwide where app-store availability and local law permit. Features or purchase options may be unavailable depending on country, operating system, store rules, sanctions or embargoes, export controls, or technical compatibility. You may not use the service for or on behalf of prohibited persons, entities, or territories. No specific transfer speed, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every device is guaranteed.

10. App marketplaces

Distribution and purchases may take place through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, or Huawei AppGallery. This agreement is between you and the Dropvia provider; the store operator is not the provider of the Dropvia service. Mandatory store rules for distribution, devices, payment, cancellation, and refunds also apply. For apps obtained from Apple, Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of the applicable license provisions. Mandatory store or consumer rules prevail in the event of conflict.

11. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

Access may be restricted or an account terminated for serious or repeated violations, security risks, fraud, legal obligations, or protection of service integrity. Where practicable and legally permitted, the basic reason and appeal route will be provided. Canceling a subscription does not delete the account, and deleting an account may not automatically cancel a store subscription. Account deletion must be requested separately, and a subscription must also be canceled through the store where it was purchased.

12. Warranty, backups, and liability

Dropvia is provided as available, subject to warranties that cannot be excluded by mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for loss caused by user error, incorrect recipient selection, device or internet failure, third-party store processing, or failure to maintain an independent backup. Nothing excludes liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law and local rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available in the country of your habitual residence. Competent courts, consumer dispute bodies, and other forums are determined under applicable mandatory procedural and consumer law.

14. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated reasonably through the app, website, or registered contact channel before they take effect. For legal notices and general support, use support@dropvia.app.
